For purposes of this Agreement "Net Merchandising Revenues" means the gross U.S.
shall share equally in " Net Merchandising Revenues" (as defined herein) derived from the sales of CBS Merchandise sold by SportsLine USA, Inc. agree that any and all CBS Merchandise may be offered for sale on CBS Content Pages or on any other merchandising page of the CBS SportsLine Site so long as such Merchandise has been approved in advance by CBS. CBS Merchandise means any CBS merchandise, whether or not related to CBS sports programming.
